My name is Kayleigh Watson. I am a twenty-six year old professional hairdresser. I am also mum to my seven year old boy Curtis.
I am passionate about the work I do and I have held a long-term vision to run my own salon, to create fantastic hairstyles – colour/cuts and follow in the footsteps of my family. I have now reached that goal and am now proud to say I am now opening a newly furnished salon on the high street in Scunthorpe which will be called ‘Celeste’. The salon will be a relaxed atmosphere providing comfort and quality, ensuring the customer is the centre point of my work.
I have chosen hairdressing as a career because I am a people person and enjoy the rewards it brings; I am filled with joy and elation when I am able to make my clients happy. I love the creativity of hair and how the confidence I instil in my clients doesn’t wash off in a day. Doing a job I love impacts on me and my family and helps ensure my complete happiness.
My hairdressing qualifications are as follows; – Level 1, 2 and 3 Diploma in hairdressing gained at North Lindsey College.
